Needing something to do?
Like most people in the world, I have been mostly staying at home as we all try to flatten the curve and slow the spread of Coronavirus. As we all are working to come up with ways to keep ourselves entertained while sheltering in place, I came across an advertisement for JIGGY Puzzles on Instagram. Touted as “puzzles worth framing”, JIGGY offers a small, rotating selection of artwork designs to choose from.
JIGGY currently offers a carefully curated selection of art by female artists converted into puzzle form. While the price point for JIGGY Puzzles may be higher than traditional puzzles, the kit is very impressive and warrants a higher cost.
I purchased the art piece “Bathing with Flowers” by Slovenian artist Alja Horvat. Not only is the artwork beautiful, the packaging presentation is top-of-the-line. The box contains your puzzle, a print out of the design for reference, puzzle glue and a glue spreading device (a metallic gold piece used to spread the glue across the puzzle).
Once I complete my puzzle, I will use the supplied puzzle glue to finalize the art piece. I’ll post an update later on, once I’ve finished the puzzle.
