I first met Heather & Jason over an early dinner and was delighted that we all immediately “clicked”. I was instantly drawn to Heather’s kindness and her organization and dedication to planning a great wedding for their guests, and was impressed and thankful for Jason’s service in the United States Marine Corps.
Heather and Jason planned their wedding day in just a few short months after an incredible surprise engagement atop an Alaskan glacier…likely the most epic client engagement story I’ve ever heard.
Heather and Jason invited us into their home to photograph Heather and her bridesmaids getting ready. The couple only recently moved into their new home, and a neighbor (that happens to be an incredible interior decorator) decorated an area for me to photograph the wedding details and Heather’s bridal portraits. As I arrived I was ecstatic to see an open room with abundant natural light, and got straight to work photographing Heather’s lovely details.
Heather’s mother and a few of her bridesmaids make some final adjustments before the ceremony. Heather looked stunning in her dress and floor-length veil.
At the reception venue, Jason puts on the final touches, and his father adjusts his tie a final time before preparing to walk down the aisle.
Heather and Jason exchanged personally-written vows underneath the St. Peters City Centre Park gazebo.
Everyone gathers at the conclusion of the ceremony for a group photo!
Wishing you both a lifetime of adventure and happiness. Cheers to the great that awaits you both!
